LoCo Boot Camp

Quite simply, LoCo Boot Camp is the toughest workout you’ll ever love! It’s hard. It’s demanding. And it’s fun. Using supportive and motivational routines, we will lead you through an intense six-week outdoor fitness program designed to put you in the best shape of your life.

Through teamwork and camaraderie, a motivated and energetic group environment is created, where campers rise to their individual potentials and are accountable to their own fitness goals. That is our primary mission: to help you achieve YOUR personal fitness goals– and a few other goals that you don’t even know you have! We motivate but don’t intimidate. Trust us, you will push yourself harder than we ever could.

LoCo Boot Camp is based upon effective fundamental movement patterns executed at high intensity, but don’t worry – we modify exercises to accommodate each individual’s needs. You’ll be surrounded by and other campers who, just like you, want to make dramatic changes in their physical and mental well-being. Every day, they encourage and motivate each other to keep going. We will challenge you to push yourself to reach new fitness levels—and we promise you’ll have fun doing it!

We will take you through an energizing mix of cardio, calisthenics, and resistance training circuits. You’ll have a blast with the obstacle courses, sports drills, running/walking, agility and power drills, stair climbing, partner drills, and more. LoCo’s workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. This technology delivers the most effective broad-based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible. It takes dedication and hard work, but if you’re willing to go for it, then we are too! When you reach your goals, we reach ours!

And to help you reach those goals, we offer you complete flexibility so that you can match your schedule with any of the three LoCo Boot Camp classes. Register for the camp you think you'll attend the most often, but you are free to enjoy the other two camps if those times work better for your crazy calendar. Another cool LoCo option is that YOU choose the days you want to come to camp. For example, if you register for a 3x week camp then you are basically buying 18 days of camp and you can come any 18 days you want during that six-week camp! You can come 4x for four weeks and still be able to take that week vacation! Bottom line, you have absolute flexibility in the days you come to camp and you can choose any of the three LoCo Boot Camp class times. How sweet is that?

What you’ll need:

  • Running shoes
  • Exercise mat (high density foam, not a yoga mat)
  • Pair of 3, 5, or 8 lb dumbbells for the ladies or a pair of 8-12 lb dumbbells for the men
  • Sweat towel
  • Large water bottle
  • Layered attire for the outdoors
  • A smile and positive attitude

What to expect:

Each day is different, designed to work on various areas of the body and spirit to improve your overall health. The outdoor training will likely include any or all of the following techniques:

  • Running /walking

  • Speed training
  • Free weight exercises
  • Bands/tubes
  • Exercise balls
  • Balancing exercises

    Summer Camp!

    Bathing suit season is here again, and this is the year you're going to be excited about it!

    We probably have more gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, and boot camps in the Lowcountry than we do tourists from Ohio... but there's a reason our campers stay with us year after year after year: we get results, and we have a blast doing it!

    We pride ourselves on fun and interactive workouts and creating an exciting and supportive environment for our campers. LoCo is truly the toughest hour you'll ever love!

    Yes, we do lots of cardio drills to blast fat and make your heart happy, but strength training is really the secret to a fit and fabulous body, and we have over 600 exercises in our arsenal. Our extensive "menu" will cross-train every inch of your body (many of which you never knew existed!) and it also allows us to customize workouts based on YOUR fitness level and goals.

    Register by choosing the camp location and time you will attend most often (but you can always rotate between the camps based on your schedule). You also have full flexibility on how often you attend camp. For example, if you sign up for 3x week, you basically have 18 days to use between June 3 - July 11 so you can come whenever/wherever you want! And thanks to our awesome New Camper rate, first-time registrants pay just $150 for all the boot camp they can squeeze into six weeks!

    Holiday Camp

    Join us for the big Holiday Blast 6-week camp as we get ready for those Christmas and New Year's parties! This camp spans over a 7 week period, but we will be on break during the Thanksgiving week (Nov 25-Nov 29). So we'll pound it for the three weeks before the big feast, then hit it again for the three weeks prior to Christmas.
